Intelligence View in Salesforce is one of the powerful tools introduced in the Winter ‘24 release. With the help of intelligence view, managing leads and contacts just got a whole lot smarter, increasing the productivity of the users. In this blog, we will explore the Intelligence View in Salesforce.
What is the Intelligence View in Salesforce?
Intelligence View is a smarter, more visual way to work with your Leads and Contacts in Salesforce. This feature is an enhancement to the traditional list view. Instead of seeing a basic table, you get a screen that shows helpful insights like how many leads you’re working on, which ones were last updated, how old your contacts are, and more.
It’s like a mini dashboard built right into your list view. It provides actionable insights, engagement metrics, and the ability to take immediate action, all from a single screen.
