Einstein Trust Layer: 15%

Generative AI in CRM Applications: 17%

Learn about the different scenarios, you’ll be asked to identify the right generative AI feature in Einstein, whether for Sales or Service. Knowing the right tool for the job is key.

Prompt Builder: 37%

When you have specific business needs, you’ll need to decide if using the Prompt Builder is the right move. You’ll also need to identify the right user roles to manage and execute prompt templates and understand the considerations for creating these templates.

Additionally, you’ll figure out the best grounding technique for each situation and be able to explain the process of creating, activating, and executing prompt templates.

Einstein Copilot: 23%

You’ll gain the ability to determine when Einstein Copilot is the best fit for your business needs. Along the way, you’ll learn how the large language model (LLM) identifies and carries out actions and how to use standard copilot actions or create custom ones to suit your goals.

Model Builder: 8%

You’ll learn how to decide when Model Builder is the right choice based on your business needs. This involves setting up standard models, customizing them, and even integrating your own large language model (BYOLLM).

Maintaining the Salesforce AI Specialist Certification

You’ll need to complete the Administrator certification maintenance modules on Trailhead each year. If you don’t get it done by the deadline, your certification will expire.
